I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. After graduating college, I immediately began my career with State Farm and eventually had the opportunity to take over the office. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for team development, customer relationships, and building a long-term career in the industry.
I’m a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. I have three children and enjoy spending time with family, attending Clemson football games, and being involved in youth sports activities with my kids. I stay active in the community through the Spartanburg County Chamber of Commerce, involvement with my local church, and supporting local businesses whenever possible.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Davis Griffin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
